How to Add a Manager to Your Bonnet Account

⚙️ Note: Manager access is only available on the Fleet Plan.

To add a manager to your account, log in to your Bonnet Fleet profile on desktop: fleet.bonnet.co.nz

Steps to Add a Manager

1. Make sure the person has a Bonnet account
   The quickest way to do this is to first add them as a driver.
   This automatically creates their account.
   If they’re not already on Bonnet, they can sign up here: fleet.bonnet.co.nz/register

2. Go to your Settings page
   Click on Grant User Access.

3. Find the user
   Enter their email address and hit Look Up User.

4. Assign vehicles or locations
   Select the vehicle(s) or locations you want them to manage.
   If you select Specific location, a dropdown will appear showing the locations linked to your vehicles.

5. Choose permissions
   Tick the permissions you want them to have (for example, viewing or managing certain vehicles).

6. Grant access
   Click Grant Access to finish.
