How to Add a Machine (Engine Hour-Based Vehicle)

Need to track a machine or vehicle that isn’t road-registered and uses engine hours for servicing? It’s easy!

Here’s how:

1. Click "Add a New Vehicle"
   Start by clicking the button to add a new vehicle.
   
   

2. Select "Add a Standard" Under the Number Plate Section

   • If you don’t see this option, it means you have open vehicle slots available. Contact us to adjust your settings.
     
     

3. Create a Number Plate

   • Enter a placeholder number plate (this step is temporary as we’re updating our system to remove this requirement).
     
     

4. Choose the Vehicle Type

   • Use the dropdown in the top-left corner to select the appropriate type. This will update the fields to match the machine or vehicle you’re adding.
     
     

5. Fill in the Fields

   • Complete the required information specific to your machine or engine hour-based vehicle.
     
     

6. Click "Save"

   • That’s it! Your machine is now added and ready to be tracked.
