App enquiries made on your profile are all stored in your Bonnet CRM, serving as a centralised repository for enquiries related to offers, parts, events, and general queries.
To view these Enquiries, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your dealership dashboard.
2. In the top menu, locate and select 'Enquiry.'
3. You will now be directed to the page containing all enquiries. Each column presents details for individual enquiries, arranged chronologically based on the latest submissions from your customers. Comprehensive customer information, including contact details, is available within this section.
It is important to note that while all enquiries are promptly delivered to your inbox upon submission, this page serves as a comprehensive record of all enquiries. And don't forget to check your junk box – sometimes, those messages take the scenic route!
