You've signed up for Bonnet, and now you want to get your customers using it? Amazing! We also have some services to help.
Here are a couple of methods that we've found work really well to ensure customer retention using Bonnet:
1. Flyers at Reception:
- Good old-fashioned flyers at your reception might sound simple, but they're effective. We'll send you a bunch of flyers to place on your counter. Educate your receptionist about Bonnet, and whenever someone pays for a service, hand them a flyer with their receipt, encouraging them to manage their vehicle on the app!
2. Digital Service History for Customers:
- Add service notes for your customers on Bonnet. If you're using Bonnet to add service notes to each customer's vehicle, inform them that they can find all their service notes from today's service on the app. This is especially useful for fleets and is a reliable method to gradually increase Bonnet usage.
3. Newsletter:
- Utilise email marketing newsletters. Upon onboarding, we design a newsletter on your behalf and send it to your customers, appearing as if it's from your service centre. This method, done quarterly, is an effective way to onboard around existing customers onto Bonnet.
4. Social Media:
- Leverage social media. After onboarding, we'll provide you with a set of social media posts. Regularly post about being on Bonnet via your social media channels.
5. Create New Customer Profiles:
- For all new customers, set them up a profile on the Bonnet CRM. They will automatically have a profile with their vehicle already assigned. All they need to do is download the app and log in with the credentials they've been emailed. Voilà, their vehicle is already assigned to your service agent.
6. Bonnet Partner Logo on Your Website:
- Display a 'Bonnet Partner' logo on your website.
Remember, consistently implementing the above strategies will ensure your customers are fully engaged.
