1. Log in to your Bonnet CMS.
2. Go to the customer page in the top menu bar
3. Find the customer you want to add service notes for, by searching their name.
4. Click on the three little buttons icon on the right side of their name.
5. The customer details will then drop down; click the green ‘Add service notes.’
6. The below popup will appear with the relevant vehicle number plate.
Select the date of the service and the title (e.g., ‘Full WOF’).In the service notes field, enter all that was done. In the ‘Notes for next service’ field, enter anything that might need to be done next time (e.g., ‘back right brake pads’) or enter ‘NA’ if nothing applies. Add any internal notes or ‘NA,’ then click ‘Save.’
7. This entry will instantly be added to your customer's app in their ‘Service History’ page and filed under the relevant vehicle with your logo next to the entry.
Here are a couple examples of how this entry will show to your customers:
For customers using the web portal of Bonnet, this will mostly be your Fleet customers:
Entries will show along side their own, but with your service centre logo next to them.
For your public customers or fleets using the app, your entry will show with your logo like the below in the app, along side their own service entries.
