Where do I find service notes for a particular customer?

Viewing existing service notes for a specific customer. 

1. Log in to your Bonnet CMS.

2. Go to the customer page in the top menu bar

3. Find the customer you want to view the service notes on.

4. Click on the three little buttons icon on the right side.

5. The customer details will then drop down; click the green ‘View Service Notes’

From here you will see a history of all service notes both from your CMS, and notes that the customer has input themselves via their app; as below.
