Start by searching for the customer's name in your CMS system.
Click into the desired customer by selecting the three green dots on the right of a user and then clicking the pencil icon.
Scroll down beyond the customer details to locate the vehicle in question.
Now, select the Service, WOF and/or Warranty fields, update the date, and click 'Save Vehicle' followed by 'Submit.' The dates will work their magic and automatically update in the customer's phone.
