So, you're itching to downgrade your wheels on the mobile app? No sweat, just breeze through these steps below. But, heads up – switching to standard means you'll have to pay for NZTA refreshes on-the-go.

How to make it happen:

1. Open your mobile app.

2. Open up the vehicles page via the menu

3. Select your vehicle, click the pencil icon 

4. Scroll down to the bottom, spot the 'Downgrade' button, give it a click, and slam that 'yes.'

Boom! Mission accomplished – your ride will now have the 'standard' tag.
