If your customer is not receiving notifications, it is more than likely because they have not enabled notifications in their phone settings. Each app on your iPhone has its own push notification setting. Steps below to turn on your BONNET notifications on, with an apple device.
1) Open your iPhone's Settings app, which is typically represented by a gear icon as shown below.
2) Open the Notifications setting as shown below.
3) Scroll down to the "BONNET" app. Tap on the app's name to access its settings. Toggle the switch next to "Allow Notifications" to the ON position.
4) Adjust any additional notification settings according to your preferences, such as sound, badges, or banners.
5) Exit the Settings app, and the changes should take effect.
*Please note - these notification also require an internet connection.
