I forgot my password, how do i reset it?

Did you lose your password? No worries, we've got your back.

Follow the steps below to reset it:

1. Open the BONNET app on your phone.
2. Click on the 'Forgot Password?' text on the login screen, located under the large green 'Login' button.

3. On the new page, enter the email address associated with the account for which you need the password and click 'Submit.'
4. Check your emails; you will find a message from us with a newly generated password. Use this password along with your email to log in.

To change your password after logging in:

1. Go to 'Change Password' in the menu.
2. Enter your email, current password, and then your new password. Click 'Submit.'
3. Log out and log in with your new password.
