Why are my WOF, REGO and RUCs not updating?

On the Standard Plan your WOF, Rego, and RUCs don’t update automatically. Don’t stress though - if your service centre is verified, they’ll keep those dates fresh for you.

Refreshing with NZTA

Want the latest info straight from NZTA? Just hit the Refresh button under the WOF, Rego, or RUC circles on your vehicle dashboard. Quick tap, sorted.

Heads up: NZTA only gives us yesterday’s data, so updates show after midnight. If you refresh during the day, you’ll need to wait until the following morning to see changes.

Fleet Plan (Automatic Updates)

On the Fleet Plan your vehicles update automatically. But sometimes if you’re super early or running late on a WOF/COF, Rego, or RUC, our system might miss it. In those cases, just hit Refresh yourself — it’ll use a credit.

Credits Explained

No need to worry about running out. Credits reset every year on the anniversary of when you added the vehicle - even for free users.
